Jennifer Carpenter 2019

JENNIFER CARPENTER

Jen has been with HCP since 2016, has proven to be a quick study, and strives to learn more about “billing issues”.  Here’s your opportunity to learn more about Jen:

What would a “perfect” day look like to you? A day spent with my loved ones enjoying each other’s company and  the outdoors while eating good food. One memory that comes to mind is our family trip to the Smoky Mountains and siting around on the porch looking at the mountains listening to music, bbq-ing while listening to my Dad tell stories and the kids playing.

Do you have a favorite charity you wish more people knew about?  A charity that is close to my heart now is Shriner’s Hospital. I think that children who are battling cancer are some of the bravest people on the planet and feel very strongly that families battling cancer should be able to focus on their loved one getting well without all of the stress of financial burdens that arise simply from trying to stay alive.

What characteristics do you most admire in others?    Kindness – With all of the hate and discontent in this world it’s important for people to be kind. You never know what someone is going through and a simple smile can sometimes brighten the day of someone going through something that you would never know about because they keep it in. I also admire a person’s sense of humor and a good work ethic.
